His career in the Real estate business started in 2010 in Mcallen Tx with another National Real Estate company. Patrick has worked many aspects of the Real estate industry from Commerical sales, Fix and Flip investments, Buy and lease, and also has hands on experience on many renovations himself giving him the advantage of knowing what to expect when looking for family homes or investment properties. Patrick also holds a Mortgage Loan license in the state of Texas and is able to give you the information and guide you through the loan process. Patrick has since resided in Houston which he now calls home for the past 10 years with his family and 4 children.
